We teach women how to eat and train for fat loss with {REAL} food.

When it comes to female fat loss and body change, nutrition accounts for the vast majority of your results. You've heard the line, "You can't out-train a bad diet" right? It's TRUE! But we also see a lot of women eating TOO strictly - cutting carbs and calories too low, obsessing over how perfectly clean they eat, and starving their bodies of the nourishment they need to look, feel, and perform their best.

Your body doesn't need to be cleansed, detoxed, or shocked, and anyone who tells you otherwise is probably selling something. Your body needs real food and enough of it, some daily movement, and a good amount of sleep and stress. (A little stress won't kill you - in fact, it can be a good thing!)

It sounds so simple - because it is.  

Why does everyone make it harder than it has to be? 

Team Paleo. Team Flexible Dieting/IIFYM. Team Vegetarian. Team Vegan. Team Intermittent Fasting. 

You don't need to join a nutrition "team." In fact, we think it's pretty silly to define yourself by the food you eat. Fat Loss Foodies is a BIG TENT, not an exclusive team with a strict set of catechismal rules and "thou shalt not eat nor drink" dictates. 

Smart nutrition and intelligent exercise hits the sweet spot: 

You need just enough to get results. Not so much that it makes you miserable and/or you can't sustain it.

Will you lose fat on a strict diet of lean protein and steamed veggies with no olive oil or seasoning? Yes. Probably.

But have you ever tried to stay on one of those "tilapia and asparagus" Tupperware diet programs?! It's SO HARD because it just doesn't taste good! It's boring. It leaves you hungry and unsatisfied, and then you get a major case of Food FOMO ("fear of missing out") and before you know it - you're off the wagon and looking for the next one. 

No wonder so many women bounce from diet program to diet program, just like one of those hapless reality show Bachelorettes, trying to find "The One."

"I really thought this was it. I thought I found the one. We had such a strong connection..." 

Those programs don't work because they are someone else's. They weren't written for you, by you. Sure, a nutrition coach can give you guidelines of what to eat for fat loss, a template to follow, but telling you exactly what to eat and when and how much? We believe you should decide those things.

We believe food should taste good. We believe food should be FUN. We also believe food can make you feel good and look good.

 

Eat more of what works for you. Eat less of what doesn't.

Drown out the noise.

Cut the crap.

Get focused.

Learn YOUR body.

Eat real food.

Move your body.

Sleep your face off. 

Repeat.
