WHAT DOES FAT LOSS FOODIES DO?

Fat Loss Foodies teaches women how to cook and eat real food to feed their body change goals. We believe everything you need to change your body can be found at the grocery store or the Farmer's Market. Real food is all you need! 

We teach women the basics of fat loss and metabolism - including how our hormones impact everything, from mood and appetite to whether you are burning fat or storing fat.

By adopting a Fat Loss Foodie lifestyle, you will balance your hormones and change the shape of your body by burning fat and building/maintaining lean muscle. You will also have a healthier relationship with food. To FLF Girls, food is both fuel AND fun, not something to be restricted or obsessed over.

Leslie started Fat Loss Foodies in 2012 because she noticed a huge problem in the fitness and nutrition industry: everyone was all "check out my stack of Tupperware containers filled with chicken and broccoli" and "that's not Paleo enough" and "Join my 21-/30-/60-/90-day challenge and order these shakes - it's not a pyramid scheme. Promise!"

Having no stomach for fads, gimmicks, gluten, or bullshit, she carved out a corner of the internet for women who love fitness and cooking with a generous pour of common sense and a splash of science. (That sounds like one helluva delicious cocktail...) 

In 2013, she created Fat Loss Cooking School - a 4 week online program to teach women how to cook and eat real food for fat loss. It went gangbusters - and the rest is history.
