1/4 c + 2 Tbs. chia seeds

2 c. unsweetened almond, coconut, or cashew milk

1 serving vanilla whey protein powder (I recommend Garden of Life Grass-fed Whey or Ascent)

2 tsp. maple syrup

Toppings:

1 1/2 c. blueberries

3/4 c. So Delicious coconut yogurt
