"I am a 39-year-old group fitness instructor and fitness program manager at a small martial arts-based facility in Maine. I am extremely active, teaching many fitness classes each week, and I have always eaten in a pretty healthy manner.

For the past 10 years, I have weighed roughly the same weight and maintained about the same body shape with very little change. I had lost the “want” to put effort into my “old school lean down” eating habits that I knew would get results. They were just too strict for my current lifestyle.
