Crockpot BBQ Shredded Chicken

This is hardly even a recipe, y'all. Like I'm embarrassed to post it. BUT, it's such a fast, no-brainer way to cook up a MESS of protein that will last you for days.

My favorite way to eat this is stuffed in a baked potato (white or sweet). Or just by the forkful, cold out of the fridge. Possibly just me, standing there with the refrigerator door open, eating chicken out of the container. Because I'm a lady. 

So - I'll stay classy. You make this chicken. Deal? 

INGREDIENTS

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 bottle of Stubb's Original BBQ Sauce*

Half of a white or yellow onion, chopped

*If you can't find this brand, no biggie. Find another sauce that is low in sugar.

DIRECTIONS

1. Place chicken in the bottom of a crockpot. Add chopped onions. Pour the bottle of sauce over the top. 

2. Cover and cook until breasts are cooked through. Remove from crockpot and shred with forks. Return pulled chicken to crockpot and stir, letting it cook for a few minutes longer to soak up the sauce.
