Fat Loss Foodies is in its 5th year of teaching women how to cook and eat real food for fat loss. From one-on-one coaching and one-day workshops to our 4-week online program, we've trained hundreds of women how to ditch diets and short-term quick fixes for a sustainable, enjoyable lifestyle that helps them get and stay lean for life.
We have some pretty big, hairy, audacious goals here at FLF, and in order to meet those goals, it was time to find and recruit another bad-ass female fitness professional who could add to the team of Leslie Ann, Jenn, and Alaina. Someone who walks the walk and lives a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Someone with a passion for teaching other women how to cook and eat better.

The Big Announcement
We are so excited to announce the addition of our newest team member!
Please join us in welcoming Jaime Galinsky to the Fat Loss Foodies team!
Jaime is a certified group fitness instructor with a background in athletics and dance. As a former collegiate and NFL cheerleader, Jaime now spends her days teaching Les Mills Group Fitness programs like BODYJAM, SH'BAM and the Les Mills GRIT Series. She is also a Les Mills National Presenter and Reebok Athlete. Jaime is an ACE and AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor and is in the process of completing an accredited nutrition certification program.

"I’m a motivated mother of 3 who is just trying to keep all the plates spinning. As a former collegiate and NFL cheerleader, I needed to find an outlet for my dance passion after having my 2nd child.
"Almost five years, several bra sizes, and fitness certifications later I’m sharing what works for me. I often say, “you can’t fake the funk”. Diet and fitness works best as a lifestyle, never a fad. If you don’t enjoy or believe in what you’re doing then stop! Don’t force it! Keep it simple. Eat well and move as best you can everyday."

Fat Loss Foodies teaches women how to cook and eat real food for fat loss. By cooking more and cooking better, you can actually give your body the nourishment it needs to meet your goals: whether it's getting leaner, gaining some lean muscle, or just having the energy to get through a demanding day and stay on top of it all.
Here's the thing: you can't do any of that if you don't EAT. Too many women are out there running on fumes: 1200-calorie/day diets, diets with no carbs, diets with no fat - the list of sheer nutrition craziness goes on.
What sets Fat Loss Foodies apart from so many other online training and nutrition programs is our strong emphasis on education and sustainability. We take the complex science of fat loss and body change and boil it down into simple, actionable pieces that you can implement in your daily life RIGHT NOW. (Not "some day when everything slows down" - because it never will.)
