Juice of 1 orange
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 Tbs. white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
1. In a small glass bowl, combine orange juice, olive oil, vinegar, and mustard. Season lightly with salt and pepper, and whisk to combine.
Store in a sealed jar or container and refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
