Happy Weekend, FLF girls! Jenn here, sharing another Weekly Workouts + What We're Eating post! This week was awesome-- I tried a new recipe, killed my workouts, and got a lot of work done. Not to mention the Christmas satellite radio stations are live and make me smile every time I get in my car... WINNING!

NOVEMBER 28-December 4

MONDAY

9:30am CrossFit Workout:

Max Effort Lower (3 Rep Max) Back Squat -- NEW PR for me, 195lbs! This was 30lbs heavier than my previous best. Check out that star on the results board. BOOYAH!

6:30 p.m. Taught RPM® 73! I'm doing a training this coming weekend so I previewed this release for my class and they LOVED it. Biggest feedback from the crew: "The music was so good I couldn't disengage from the workout." BOOM.

Max Effort Upper (1 Rep Max) Reverse Band Bench - I'd never done this before, but I hit 175 lbs.

SATURDAY

REST - I headed out of town for Alaina's baby shower today! It was so great to celebrate her and her little Jedi-in-training! 

SUNDAY

RPM® Race of Truth - This is a special training workout for instructors we do during Initial Training. I'm teaching it this coming weekend and wanted to run through it. It's a 30 minute HIIT workout on the bike, very similar to Les Mills® SPRINT®.

I've been in a little bit of a food rut, cooking the same trusty recipes all the time. I needed flavor change and this one delivered. Get the recipe here!

RED ROBIN! YUMMMM!

Red Robin's Wedgie Burger! My husband is a HUGE Red Robin fan. Huge. Large. Loves it. I love their wedgie burger, and the fact that you can order any burger on the menu "wedgie style" with a lettuce bun and a side salad instead of fries. I love that I can always find something on a menu everywhere I go that's fat loss friendly. Girls, this lifestyle ROCKS.
